By creating an account, accessing the Website, downloading software, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or the company you represent. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Accounts may be associated with a company or organization. A company administrator may invite, activate, deactivate, or remove users under that company account, subject to the subscription limits of the selected plan.
You are responsible for ensuring that your number of active users does not exceed the limits of your subscription tier plus any purchased add-on users.
SavantPDM offers various subscription tiers (Trial, Maker, MakerPro, Team, Professional, Enterprise) with different features and user limits. Some tiers may include:
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Trials: Free trials are available for eligible new users. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the selected subscription tier.
Add-on Users: You may purchase additional user seats beyond your base plan. Add-on users are billed according to your current billing cycle (monthly or annual).
Setup Fees: Certain tiers (Professional, Enterprise) may require a one-time setup fee. This fee is charged at the time of initial subscription and is non-refundable.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Feature Entitlements: The features available to you are determined by your subscription tier at the time of purchase or trial activation. These feature entitlements are locked in for the duration of your current billing period. If we add new features to your subscription tier, or modify existing features, these changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period. This ensures you have consistent access to the features you subscribed to throughout each billing cycle.
From time to time, we may offer access to beta, preview, early access, or evaluation versions of the Services ("Beta Services"). Beta Services may be offered without charge and may be subject to additional terms or limitations.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding Beta Services, you grant SEVEN9 LABS, LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback without obligation to you.

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by SEVEN9 LABS, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and protect your data as described in that policy.
You retain ownership of any data you upload or create using the Services. By using the Services, you grant us a license to process, store, and transmit your data as necessary to provide the Services.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEVEN9 LABS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING INDEPENDENT BACKUPS OF YOUR DATA, AND THAT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS, CORRUPTION, OR UNAVAILABILITY OF DATA.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SEVEN9 LABS, LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
